		<description><![CDATA[Only just downloaded a couple of days ago.  Install and set up was easy but so far it has completely failed to work.  Program hangs every time try to log off and therefore I think the settings are not saving and writing to registry rendering product useless.  Promises a lot, so far has failed to deliver anything.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[A customer of mine had this program installed on her computer for her kids, works well for her. What has happend thou is that this program has taken over a little to much. Even in administration mode, the control panel add/remove programs no longer populates along with the User accounts in control panel. Have tried un-installing program, computer runs normal again but still unable to gain access to add/remove programs or user accounts. The only way to fix would be a re-install of windows and start again. OS is XP Pro SP2]]></description>
